Human Resources/Credentialing Coordinator


  • Responsible for coordination of Credentialing, Talent Acquisition, and Human resources processes and workflow in partnership with the HR and Leadership team

  • Assist with termination records and assist with exit interviews



  • Maintaining current Human Resources files and databases

  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records

  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained



  • Completes I-9 Forms, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files

  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.?

  • Administers benefit plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.?



  • Ensuring background process and reference checks are completed

  • Compiling and preparing reports and spreadsheets



  • Coordinating the Provider Credentialing process, to meet short deadlines, and ensure accuracy.

  • Prepares for new hires by completing the orders for uniforms, nametags, etc.

  • Assists with the coordination of Velocity New Hire Orientation and preparing new employee files.

  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned in support of Human Resources system goals and objections.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Education Requirement



  • ?Associate degree required, Bachelor?s preferred


Qualifications



  • Strong organizational skills; detail orientation with the ability to quickly and effectively handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining professional composure

  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings.

  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office products as well as internet navigation.

  • Prior experience preferred working in a HRIS system

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced Human Resources environment

  • Prior medical credentialing experience; preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
